Exhaustive and dry, on purpose. Every input a model can carry, every step of the computation, every name.

• Workbook — the six sheets of a model, column by column, as the parser reads them.
• Method — how expected values, noise, portfolios, the value of holding money and the value of information are computed.
• Glossary — one name for each thing, and the names it replaces.
